I keep thinking that something different will change, but it won’t and I am constantly setting myself up for disaster. BUT, in the meantime, I can stare at this every night and feel the greatness of simplicity. Something optimistic. 

I look up at the sky tonight and see no stars due to a cloudy night. Realized, I take stars for granted. I don’t see them when I go off to college and I always complain, yet I’ve been home for weeks now with perfect chances to gaze up at the stars and not one chance has been taken advantage of. I miss the Tetons when we all just lay down in the snow gazing upon the stars. Mindless minds. No worries. Just a moment. Starting tomorrow I’m going to start this again. Sure, the stars here don’t shine as bright and bold as Teton’s do, but doesn’t mean they are less perfect in any way. 

I know the ending will once again end in disaster, but I couldn’t be happier to see what happens before the disaster.
